Canyoning in Baños

Embark on a canyoning journey along the scenic Río Blanco in Ecuador. Experience the thrill of abseiling down rocky faces and enjoy a refreshing swim in a natural pool.

Canyoning Experience

Our adventure begins at 9 am, where we will gather at the junction of Calle 16 de Diciembre and Calle Juan Montalvo in Baños de Agua Santa. From here, a brief bus ride of approximately 20 minutes will take us to the Río Blanco.

Upon arrival, our expert guide will provide a safety briefing before we embark on a short two-minute stroll surrounded by stunning waterfalls that lead us to the river's edge.

As we approach, we will be captivated by the various waterfalls that dot the landscape. Our destination is the tallest waterfall, where we will don our harnesses and prepare for the descent. Over the course of two hours, we will navigate down the waterfall, feeling the exhilarating splash of water around us.

After completing our descent, we’ll be welcomed by a natural swimming pool inviting us to cool off and take advantage of a natural water slide that adds to the excitement of the day.

Concluding our adventure, we will make our way back to Baños de Agua Santa, arriving at our starting location around 12 pm.
