When booking, you can select one of the following options available:

Guided Tour Ticket (45 Minutes) 

At the scheduled time, we'll convene at the fortress entrance to commence a guided exploration, during which we'll visit the key highlights of the Castle of Lorca and the Aljibe Grande for a duration of 45 minutes.

The Castle Lorca, often referred to as the Fortaleza del Sol, stands as the city's icon and was constructed from the 9th to the 15th centuries. Upon its completion, it emerged as the largest defensive fortification in Europe. Together, we will unveil its many mysteries!

Once the guided segment concludes, you will have the opportunity to further explore the castle at your leisure.

Operating Times: Available daily at 10 am.

Comprehensive Entry Ticket (3.5 Hours)

Opting for this selection will allow you to join the aforementioned guided tour of Castle Lorca at 10 am, followed by unrestricted access to other sections of the fortress.

Given the vastness of the castle and its scenic grounds, you can utilize various audio guides for each individual area. You'll discover intriguing details about the gardens, the Alphonsine Tower, the Espolon Tower, the Archeological Park, and the Synagogue. The most exciting aspect? You can take your time as you explore!

Operating Schedule:

• 10 am: Guided tour of Castle Lorca conducted by an English-speaking guide.
• 11 am: Access to the Archeological Park and Synagogue with an English audio guide.
• 12 pm: Entry to the Alphonsine Tower with an English audio guide.
• 1 pm: Access to the Espolón Tower  with an English audio guide.

Construction Updates in the Complex

Due to ongoing restoration and enhancement efforts in the Synagogue Complex area, the following locations remain open for visitor access: the outdoor segments of the Archaeological Park, the prayer room of the Synagogue, and an audiovisual exhibit presenting the influences of Jewish culture in Lorca.
