Rhein Main Card

The Rhein Main Card is a travelcard that provides free, unlimited access to the RMV public transport network, covering all transport options within the Frankfurt metropolitan area. This includes the airport train, regional trains, urban buses, trams, the metro, and even night buses!

With the Rhein Main Card, you can explore beautiful and historic German cities like Mainz and Rüdesheim am Rhein, both steeped in Roman history and renowned for wine production. In addition, you'll enjoy fantastic discounts on more than seventy different tourist attractions, ranging from museums to restaurants and from spas to Frankfurt's zoo.

Ticket Pickup

The Rhein Main Card can be picked up at the Römer Tourist Office. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. On Sundays and holidays, it is open from 9 am to 4 pm. It will be closed on January 1, December 25, and 26, and on December 24 and 31, it is open from 9:30 am to 1 pm.

How does it work?

Your Rhein Main Card is valid for 2 consecutive days, starting on the day you select when making the reservation and concluding the following day.

Children under 6

Children under 6 years old travel for free on the RMV transport network, so a Rhein Main Card is not required for them.
