On this packrafting experience on the Río Bueno, participants will navigate class I and II rapids as well as calmer stretches until arriving at the Bengala waterfalls, making this route an adventure for those seeking excitement!
Packrafting Details
The experience begins with a picking up process at your hotel or the Falmouth cruise port. In just half an hour, we will arrive at the banks of the Río Bueno, a notable whitewater river located on Jamaica's north coast. Upon arrival, a brief safety talk will take place, and participants will be assigned their packrafts along with all necessary equipment. This innovative sport blends the exhilaration of rafting and kayaking into one.
Participants will start paddling through class I and II rapids, navigating currents that flow between large rocks and thriving vegetation. Expect to get splashed as you maneuver through the curves and small jumps of the Río Bueno, feeling the exhilarating adrenaline boost with every stretch conquered!
In addition to the whitewater excitement, there will be calm moments in serene pools, where everyone can float peacefully beneath a canopy of tropical trees.
The tour culminates with a refreshing dip in the Bengala waterfalls. The intense waterfall cascades down before merging with the sea, providing an ideal spot to swim, capture memorable photos, and relax before embarking on the return journey.
After the adventure, a vehicle will transport participants back to Falmouth, wrapping up the experience after a total of 4 hours.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Participants will engage in the following:
- Pick-up: You will be picked up from your hotel or Falmouth cruise port.
- Safety briefing: A brief talk will cover safety procedures before the activity.
- Equipment assignment: Packrafts and necessary gear will be provided.
- Paddling: Navigate through both rapids and calm stretches.
- Bengala Waterfalls: Enjoy swimming and relaxing at the waterfalls.
- Return journey: Vehicle transport back to Falmouth after the experience.
Included: Pick-up from designated location, safety briefing, packrafts and equipment, guided experience, transport back to the starting point.
Not included: Personal expenses, food and drinks, gratuities.

The local provider will contact you to indicate the exact pickup time at your hotel in Falmouth. Please be ready at the hotel reception 15 minutes before the indicated time.
Cruise Port Pickup
The guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the cruise port, specifically in the tour operator area. Please be ready at the meeting point 15 minutes beforehand.
The guide will have an orange shirt and a sign that says "Fun Tours Jamaica Limited."
