Are you ready to ride the waves at one of Portugal’s premier surf spots? We'll gather at the Jardim de Santa Luzia bus stop in Funchal at the designated time and journey together to Madeira's coastline. Let’s embark on our surfing adventure at Porto da Cruz beach!

Upon arriving at the beach, you'll be equipped with all the essential gear required for your surfing experience. Clad in wetsuits and ready with your surfboard, we’ll begin by mastering the fundamental movements on solid ground right on the beach. This foundational training is crucial for translating those moves into action in the water, so make sure to concentrate!

With the basics under your belt, it’s time to dive into the ocean and apply what you’ve learned. The waves at Porto da Cruz are highly favored by surfers seeking the thrill of Madeira's surf conditions.

As you paddle out, seize the chance to ride as many waves as you desire, relishing the exhilaration of the surf. Keep in mind that mastering surfing requires patience and practice, so stay motivated!

After 2 hours of instruction, we’ll return to the sandy shore for a break, where you can safely stow your equipment. Once dried off, we’ll head back to Funchal, ensuring you are returned to the original meeting point approximately 4 hours later.
