Tour Overview

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your accommodation in Funchal, as we embark on an enticing scenic exploration of the western attractions of Madeira. Our initial destination is Câmara de Lobos, a charming and traditional fishing village that captivated Winston Churchill and inspired several of his artworks.

As we navigate the winding roads surrounding Câmara de Lobos, we will arrive at Cabo Girão, recognized as one of Europe’s tallest cliffs. After soaking in the breathtaking vistas, we will continue our journey to Ribeira Brava, where we will explore its historical sites, including its stunning blue-and-white-tiled church.

Our route will take us through the enchanting laurel forests of the Paul da Serra plateau, providing an excellent opportunity for remarkable photographs of some of the island's most iconic landscapes. Next, we'll visit the Fanal forest and enjoy a brief stop at the viewpoint in Ribeira da Janela.

Next, we'll head towards Porto Moniz, famous for its unique volcanic-formed natural pools. Here, you'll have the chance to unwind, swim in these remarkable pools, and enjoy a meal at one of the local eateries.

To conclude our scenic journey through western Madeira, we will stop by the wonderful waterfalls along the northern coastline and pass through São Vicente, a village celebrated for its excellent surfing conditions.

After an enriching eight-hour experience across Madeira, we will return you to your hotel.
