Tour Overview

Our journey begins at 9:30 am at Rúa Dória Vasconcelos , setting off on an engaging full tour of Holambra, a Brazilian town reminiscent of Dutch landscapes. Join us to see why it captures the essence of The Netherlands!

Our first destination is a rural estate, renowned for its vast flower plantations featuring gerbera daisies, lisianthus, and cacti. Explore their vibrant gardens showcasing species like sunflowers, roses, begonias, and petunias.

Next, we will visit Casa Bela, a welcoming restaurant where we’ll enjoy a traditional lunch. Savor delightful dishes such as Kassler, boiled sausage, stamppot, sauerkraut, nasi goreng, and a variety of other classic Dutch and German flavors.

After lunch, we’ll unleash our creativity at Sítio Santo Antônio. Here, you'll have the chance to paint a zueco (traditional clog) to take home as a lovely souvenir. Let’s get artistic!

Following this, we’ll proceed to the Holambra Historical Museum, where you can delve into the rich heritage of the European immigrants who settled in this unique area. Our journey continues to the largest windmill in Latin America, offering breathtaking panoramic views!

Once we absorb the stunning scenery, we will stop at a traditional bakery for a delicious Stroopwafel, a delightful Dutch waffle paired with a cup of tea. A perfect treat to finish off our day!

The tour concludes as we make our way back to the initial meeting point around 5 pm.
