If you're in search of tranquil experiences, this transfer from Ilha Grande to Búzios offers an ideal combination of travel by land and sea, taking you to one of the most sought-after tourist spots in Rio de Janeiro.

Description

Our journey begins at the main harbour in Vila do Abraão. At the designated time, we will board a speed boat for a brief ride.

Upon arrival at the Marina Porto Real in Conceição de Jacareí, we will disembark and embark on a 2.5-hour drive on the highway towards Galeão Airport. Here, we will pause for about an hour to switch vehicles and pick up additional passengers.

Leaving behind the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, we will continue toward Búzios. After approximately 3.5 hours, you will be dropped off at your selected hotel. Once settled, you can explore one of the most renowned coastal areas in Rio de Janeiro at your leisure.

In Búzios, the stunning beaches are a major attraction, including highlights such as Praia Baia Formosa, Praia da Tartaruga, and Praia do Canto. The area also boasts a vibrant selection of bars, restaurants, and nightlife options, ensuring a plethora of entertaining activities awaits you!

The entire travel duration between Ilha Grande and Búzios is approximately 8 hours.

Luggage Policy

Each traveler is allowed to bring 1 medium suitcase (measuring 67 cm (26.3 in) high, 48 cm (18.8 in) wide, and 27 cm (10.6 in) long) or 1 small suitcase (55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, and 25 cm (9.8 in) long), along with 1 personal item (such as a backpack or shoulder bag). Any extra luggage or pieces that do not adhere to these guidelines will incur a fee of 100BRL per journey.
Passengers with excess baggage must provide 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the driver permitting or denying boarding based on available space and passenger numbers.
For special items like surfboards, baby strollers, and folding wheelchairs, notice must be given ahead of time, as an extra fee of 100BRL applies, subject to the limitations on size and availability.
In cases where accommodations are difficult to access necessitating a support vehicle, passengers must assist in transferring luggage between vehicles.
Password and careful handling of luggage remain the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Please keep in mind that the stop at the airport in Rio de Janeiro to change vehicles and collect other passengers may last between 5 minutes to an hour.

Boarding Fee

Please be aware that a boarding fee of 10.30BRL per person must be paid on the day of the activity. The fee does not apply to local residents, registered service providers, people with disabilities, children under 5, or seniors over 60.

Luggage Policy
