Whale Watching in Samaná

We will begin our adventure with a hotel pick-up in Juan Dolio at dawn, around 6 am, followed by a scenic one-hour bus journey to the Las Cañitas port on the Samaná peninsula.

Upon arrival, we will embark on a boat to explore the Bay of Samaná, a renowned habitat for various humpback whales. Remain attentive as these majestic beings often breach the surf, providing an exhilarating sight.

After our whale watching experience, our journey continues to Cayo Levantado. Here, you can relish a delicious buffet lunch at around noon. Post-lunch, take advantage of the stunning turquoise waters of the Bay of Samaná and wander along its pristine sandy beaches—it's a breathtaking retreat!

At approximately 2:30 pm, we will depart the island, reboarding our vessel to return to Las Cañitas. Subsequently, we will drive back to Juan Dolio, arriving around 6 pm.
