Zakopane & Chochołów Thermal Baths Day Trip + Snowmobile Ride

Experience the heart of the Tatra Mountains on this day trip to Zakopane and enjoy the Chocho?ów thermal baths. A thrilling snowmobile ride is also included!

Trip Details 

The journey begins at number 2 Wielopole Street, where we will gather before embarking on our winter adventure into the heart of the Tatra Mountains.

We will drive south to Chocho?ów, approximately 2 hours from Krakow. Once there, we’ll explore this picturesque village, renowned for its traditional wooden houses. After a walk through the main streets, we’ll proceed to the snowmobile base. Get ready for an exciting ride through the snowy mountains!

A safety briefing will precede our snowmobile experience. After putting on necessary safety gear, we'll set off to explore the stunning landscapes of the Tatra Mountains, which create a natural border between Poland and Slovakia.

After about an hour on the snowmobiles, we will return to the base and head to Bacowka for a refreshing break with hot tea and a local specialty: oscypek cheese. This smoked cheese, made from sheep's milk, promises to be a delightful treat.

Next, we’ll venture to Zakopane, a charming town in the region. You will have time to explore Krupówki, the city's main pedestrian street, featuring many shops that sell traditional handicrafts. After exploring Zakopane for 1.5 hours, it will be time for one of the highlights of the day: relaxation.

We will then travel to the thermal baths of Chocho?ów, where you’ll have 3 hours of free time to enjoy the largest thermal complex in the region, nestled in the mountains.

At the end of the day, we’ll return to Krakow, with the day concluding as we drop you off at your hotel approximately 11 hours after our departure.

Snowmobile Requirements 

Note that the minimum age for driving snowmobiles is 18 years. Children aged 7 to 17 are required to ride as passengers at all times.
