Your journey begins with a convenient pick-up from your chosen location as we make our way to La Laguna, a city recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Strolling through its historic centre, you will admire the vibrant facades of its buildings, including the Cathedral of Nuestra Señora de Los Remedios.

Next, we will proceed to the Tacoronte-Acentejo wine region. This portion of the tour takes you past picturesque vineyards spanning the northern part of Tenerife, culminating at the Casa del Vino. Here, you'll have the chance to explore its museum and partake in a tasting paired with traditional appetizers, while learning about the rich history of wine production in the Canary Islands that dates back to the 15th century.

The following two hours will be devoted to a visit to Bodegas Monje. This winery uniquely blends modern techniques with tradition, utilizing oak barrels that enhance the quality of its wines.

A delightful Canarian lunch awaits in the cellars, featuring an array of regional dishes such as chorizo palmero, watercress butter, almogrote, a vegetable cream with gofio, roast pork served with traditional potatoes, and to finish, quesillo and coffee. You will savor this meal accompanied by a selection of wines: a glass of white, rosé, and red.

Following your dining experience, we will return you to your original meeting point between 6 and 6:30 pm.
