Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll depart from the port of La Spezia and head for the capital of Tuscany, a 2-hour drive away.

Once we're in Florence, we'll stroll through Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the magnificent complex of Piazza del Duomo, home to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's Bell Tower and the Baptistery of San Giovanni.

Then, we'll visit Piazza della Repubblica and walk to Piazza della Signoria, the seat of political power since the Middle Ages, where we'll admire the magnificent Palazzo Vecchio and the Loggia dei Lanzi, a true open-air sculpture museum. And, of course, we'll visit the Ponte Vecchio, one of the symbols of Florence. 

Next, we'll leave Florence behind and, after a journey of approximately an hour and 15 minutes, we'll arrive in Pisa. We'll stop near the Piazza dei Miracoli and give you free time to explore the city at your leisure. During this time, you can admire its most famous monuments, such as the Leaning Tower, the symbol of Pisa par excellence, the Duomo, the Baptistery and the Camposanto Monumentale.

We'll bring our adventure to an end after 9 to 10 hours at the cruise port of La Spezia, from where you can return to the ship. Unmissable!

Tour Options

When booking, you can choose between the following options:

• Transport only: enjoy Florence at your own pace, with no tickets included for Pisa. We'll pick you up at the cruise terminal in La Spezia and take you back there in time to catch your return ferry. 
• Transport + Tour of Florence with an assistant: explore the city with a tour assistant who will help you make sure you don't miss a thing in the cradle of the Renaissance.
• Transport + Tour of Florence with an assistant + Tower of Pisa Ticket: in addition to discovering Florence with a tour assistant, you'll be able to visit the famous Leaning Tower.
• Transport + Tour of Florence with an assistant + Tower of Pisa Ticket + Galleria dell'Accademia Ticket: the most comprehensive option, as it includes a tour assistant in Florence and entrance to both the Leaning Tower and the Galleria dell'Accademia.

Children under 8

Although children under the age of 8 may participate in this tour, please note that they are not permitted to climb the Leaning Tower.

• Please keep in mind that the visit to Pisa will be unguided.
• When booking, you can choose the ship on which you'll arrive at the port of La Spezia. You can only book the tour if the ship you are travelling on is on the list that appears during the purchase process.
