You have the choice to make your wedding legally binding or not. Ceremonies held for vow renewals or simply for enjoyment are conducted in the same manner as official weddings. However, these non-legal ceremonies come at a lower cost and require no documentation.

Legal Requirements for a Formal Wedding

• A marriage license for a legal wedding entails an extra fee of 102USD.
• Both parties must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• If you do not have a witness for the marriage license, one can be provided by the chapel at no extra charge.
• A prior online registration form must be completed; you can find it here.
• If you require validation of the document in another nation, an apostille is necessary, with costs varying according to delivery times: Option 1 (6 to 8 weeks via FedEx): 210USD; Option 2 (10 to 14 business days via FedEx): 350USD.
