Meet Gianni and Lucia, the dedicated owners of La Pesenata farm, who will greet you at the appointed time at the entrance to welcome you into their unique agricultural environment. As we traverse the estate, Gianni and Lucia will shed light on the fundamental concepts of biodynamic farming, which has gained traction in recent times. This sustainable approach is marked by the absence of synthetic pesticides, using instead natural remedies and aligning practices with astrological rhythms.

Enjoy a tour through the vineyards and visit the apiary, observing the chickens, donkeys, and ponies that inhabit the farm. Following the tour, gather for a tasting experience featuring 4 biodynamic wines, such as Chiaretto and Bardolino, complemented by a selection of Verona cured meats and cheeses. It’s fascinating to note that these wines are produced without any chemical additives and with minimal sulfites!
