The day before your visit, you'll receive an email with the digital tickets. If you have booked the tour option with an audio guide, you'll also receive instructions to use the audio guide, which you should download on your smartphone. Please check the spam folder in your email as well.

Tuesday to Sunday: 9 am to 5:30 pm

Meeting Points

At least 10 minutes before the designated time, you'll need to go to the entrance of the Jerónimos Monastery, located at the following address: Praça do Império 1400-206 Lisbon, Portugal.

Please note that, although you won't need to wait in line at the ticket office, you'll still need to wait in the access queue for the monument, where various safety checks are carried out.

Please note that there tends to be long lines to access the Jerónimos Monastery, especially at peak hours.
If you book the ticket with an audio guide, an Android smartphone (version 9.0 and later) or iOS smartphone (version 17.0 and later) is required.
