Operational Hours

The Natural History Museum in London welcomes visitors from Monday to Sunday between 10 am and 5:50 pm.

How to Participate

Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions for downloading the app required for the audio guide on your mobile device. Please ensure that your device is an Android version 7.1+ or an iOS version 12+ and that you have approximately 100 MB of available space to accommodate the download. Remember to bring your headphones!

Important Information

This ticket includes a brief guided tour in English outside the museum. Following this, you can carry on at your own pace while utilizing the audio guide.

It’s important to note that entrance to the museum is complimentary for both adults and children. The ticket price reflects the audio-guided experience along with a reserved entry time, allowing for a seamless visit.

On the day of the activity, you'll need to go to Exhibition Road, just opposite the entrance to the 'Geological Survey & Museum', under the big white archway labelled "Victoria & Albert". There you'll have to look for the staff in a dark blue VoxCity uniform who will give you the entrance ticket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand.
