At the agreed-upon time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Luosto and provide all necessary equipment for your journey. During this three-hour excursion, you'll navigate through charming snowy landscapes on an electric bicycle.

Our journey begins as we set our sights on the remarkable Lampivaara amethyst mine, a prominent landmark in Lapland. The extraordinary location itself is a reward for our efforts as the scenic vistas from the mountain summit will leave you in awe!

While soaking in the stunning views of Pyhä-Luosto National Park, we will take a moment to rejuvenate with a delicious hot drink by a cozy fire. Afterward, we will leave our electric bikes behind to explore the Lampivaara mine. Here, we will uncover Lapland's most renowned gemstone: the amethyst, a stunning violet variety of quartz.

As part of our tour through the mine, we will visit the excavation area. You will even have the chance to dig for your own amethysts and bring home a unique memento from your visit.
