Immerse yourself in the rich biodiversity of Puerto Rico with this canyoning expedition in El Yunque National Forest, where you will traverse rivers, waterfalls, and natural pools.

El Yunque Canyoning Expedition

We will gather at Frutera Flores at the specified time, where you can take a moment to select some fresh fruit to enjoy during our adventure.

From there, you'll follow your guide's vehicle in your own car to El Yunque National Park, ready to embark on an exhilarating canyoning experience. This location is renowned for being one of Puerto Rico's natural treasures, the only tropical rainforest within the U.S. national forest system, and recognized as the most biologically diverse area!

Once we are equipped and have received the safety instructions, we will begin a 30-minute hike into the lush Puerto Rican jungle to observe the local wildlife.

Along the way, we will navigate through rivers, swim in natural pools, and ascend waterfalls, leap from rocky outcrops, glide down natural stone slides, and take a moment to unwind in this serene environment. This promises to be a thrilling day of exploration in El Yunque National Park.

After our time in the jungle, we will conclude the activity and head back to our original meeting point in Luquillo.

We'll meet at the indicated time at the following location: Frutera Flores, PR-3, Luquillo 00773, Puerto Rico. Please be there 10 minutes in advance.

We recommend bringing a mask; comfortable closed-toed shoes that can get wet and dirty, that have a good grip for walking on wet surfaces and provide support; comfortable clothes for walking that can get wet and dirty; a swimsuit (already on); a towel; a change of clothes; and a refillable water bottle.
