This service allows you to reserve a locker for as long as necessary at Calle Jardines number 14, situated in a prime location between Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol.

Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the locker facility features CCTV surveillance for added security, and assistance can be requested via WhatsApp, ensuring your belongings are safe as you discover Madrid. When you’re finished exploring, simply return and retrieve your luggage—it's that straightforward!

Locker Dimensions

During the booking process, you can select from various locker sizes to accommodate your luggage:

M Locker: Dimensions of 44.5 cm x 32 cm x 86 cm (17.5 in x 12.6 in x 33.9 in), ideal for one carry-on suitcase and a backpack.
L Locker: With measurements of 44.5 cm x 53.5 cm x 86 cm (17.5 in x 21 in x 33.9 in), it is suitable for three carry-on suitcases and two backpacks, or one large suitcase along with a backpack.
XL Locker: This option has dimensions of 44.5 cm x 75 cm x 86 cm (17.5 in x 29.5 in x 33.9 in), accommodating an extra-large suitcase (up to 85 cm / 33.4 in) or four carry-on luggage items.

Operational Steps

After making your reservation, you will receive a code via email within 12 hours at the latest, which you will use to access the Jardines Lockers.

Upon arrival, go to the screen at the entrance (indicated by a yellow arrow), select your preferred language, and input your code again. The system will provide you with the assigned locker number. Click the "open door" option to access your locker and store your bags safely.

To retrieve your items, simply enter your code into the computer again, and the corresponding locker will unlock automatically. It’s that simple!

You can utilize the access code sent via email to open the locker and retrieve your luggage as many times as necessary during your reservation period.

If you happen to exceed the agreed storage duration, entering your code will prompt you to make an additional payment via card. After completing the payment, the locker will unlock for your convenience.

How Does it Work?

Once you've booked, you'll receive a code by email within a maximum of 12 hours. With this code, you'll be able to access the Jardines Lockers on the day that you choose during the booking process. If you do not receive this email, we recommend checking your Spam Folder.

The locker storage is found at the following address: Calle de los Jardines, 14, 28012, Madrid (https://maps.app.goo.gl/y2fS9D7rHSQ86wBn8).

The closest metro stations are Gran Vía (light blue Line 1 and green Line 5) and Sol (light blue Line 1, red Line 2, and yellow Line 3).

Once you arrive at the locker storage, you must make your way to their central computer (marked with a yellow arrow), select your language of choice, and introduce your code. The computer will show you the locker number assigned to you. Once you've clicked on the "open door" option, your locker will open for you to put your luggage inside.

Once you return to Jardines Locker to pick up your belongings, you'll have to enter your code once again into the computer and the locker with your luggage will open automatically. It's that easy!

You can use the code you receive via email to access the locker storage and your luggage as many times as you like over the period you've booked.

If you exceed the booked rental period, once you introduce your code into the computer, you'll be required to pay an additional cost by card. Once you've made the payment, the locker you left your luggage in will open automatically.
