Mozambique Arts and Crafts Workshop

Join us at 8:30 am at 417 Kwame Nkrumah Avenue in Maputo for a hands-on session lasting an hour and a half. Here, we will unwind and express our creativity while mastering traditional fabric dyeing techniques, including the unique batik style.

The workshop facilitators will guide us in the African batik technique, a straightforward but artistic approach that balances skill and imagination. Participants will have the opportunity to keep the beautifully dyed fabrics they create!

Following our initial crafting experience, you will enjoy a brief 10-minute intermission to refresh before diving into the next engaging session. Afterward, we will spend an hour in a vibrant arame crafts workshop, where painting with vivid colors will allow you to fully embrace your artistic flair.
