The Beam Guidelines

Weather closures: If The Beam closes due to extreme weather, a voucher will be issued for a future visit.
Height & weight restrictions: Guests under 132 cm must be accompanied by an adult if under 132 cm but at least 107 cm tall. Maximum weight 136 kg. All visitors must have a ticket.
Dress code: Closed-toe shoes or sandals that fully cover the heel. Hats, glasses, and scarves must be secure.
Prohibited items: No phones, tablets, laptops, cameras, selfie sticks, GoPros, loose bags, keys, wallets, drinks, bottles, carriers, or other loose items. Medical devices like oxygen tanks, canes, and walkers are also not allowed. All personal items must be stored in lockers next to The Beam.
