Description

We will convene at Oeiras Marina at the scheduled time to kick off our paddleboarding journey along Lisbon's coastline. Prepare yourself for a delightful exploration of the most picturesque beaches of the Portuguese capital in an enjoyable manner!

Before we set sail, we'll provide a concise briefing on the proper and safe use of the stand-up paddleboard (SUP), including essential equipment explanations and various paddling techniques. After distributing life jackets, we will practice balancing on dry land. Then, it will be time to transition from theory to practice in the water!

Starting from Oeiras, located at the northwest edge of Lisbon, we will glide toward the renowned beaches of the Estoril coast. En route, we will encounter several majestic seafront fortifications. Be captivated by the impressive Fort of São Julião da Barra, which overlooks Carcavelos Beach, along with the forts of Santo Amaro and São João das Maias.

Once we complete our 2-hour paddleboarding excursion along Lisbon's coast, we will make our way back to our original meeting point.
