How to get there and additional information

You'll need to present your voucher at the Kia Center box office, located at 400 West Church Street, Orlando. The Will Call ticket booths are arranged in alphabetical order by surname, so please go to the window that corresponds to the first letter of your surname.
Along with the voucher, you'll have to present your passport or an ID.
Please note that it's forbidden to bring luggage or suitcases into the stadium. One small handbag per visitor is allowed, with a maximum size of 10cm x 16cm x 4cm.
