Our journey begins at 3 pm outside the Peñíscola Tourist Office, where we will gather and prepare for our adventure. A comfortable minibus ride of 50 minutes will take us to the enchanting town of Villafamés.

Upon arrival, we will embark on an enlightening guided tour through the historic center of the village, designated as a Site of Cultural Interest. As we stroll through Villafamés, we will share insights into how its strategic hilltop location has shaped its fascinating history.

Expect to admire the façade of La Asunción church, the iconic stone homes that define the town, as well as the castle remnants dating back to the period of Muslim governance. Curious about their stories?

Next, we will explore Roca Grossa, a significant stone formation shrouded in mystery. Legend has it that you can make three wishes here, although it's said that only one may be fulfilled. Throughout the tour, we will unveil the intriguing tales connected to this natural wonder.

Our final destination will be the Museum of Contemporary Art of Villafamés, housed within the historic Batlle Palace. Within its exhibition spaces, various art pieces spanning from the 1920s to contemporary styles await your discovery—an exquisite ending to your memorable excursion!

We will conclude our tour at 8 pm as we return to Peñíscola.
