Make your way to Xplor park on the Chetumal highway (Puerto Juarez Km 282, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico). At the park's ticket office, you must exchange your Civitatis voucher for a wristband with which you'll have access to the park and all its services.
