Tour Overview

Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel at the scheduled time, as we set off towards the scenic mountain range near Porto. During our ascent, we will pause multiple times to fully appreciate the incredible vistas of Porto and its breathtaking landscape. Experience the thrill of riding in an off-road vehicle across rugged terrain inaccessible to standard cars.

Our journey will lead us to significant ancient Roman gold mines, followed by a climb to the loftiest point at 426 m (1,397 ft). From this vantage point, be prepared to capture a breathtaking panoramic view of Porto’s verdant mountains—don’t forget your camera!

After soaking in the invigorating mountain air, we’ll descend to a quaint stone village perched amidst the mountains, where only a handful of residents—just 10—call it home.

As we make our way back to Porto, we will follow the serene banks of the Ferreira River, taking the opportunity to stop at one of its iconic bridges. This memorable journey concludes with your return to the starting point at your hotel.
