Ons Islands Return Trip
Descrição
Experience the stunning beauty of the island of Ons with this round-trip ferry excursion from Portonovo. Spend time on its pristine beaches, savor delightful culinary offerings, and discover the fascinating history of this remarkable natural setting.
Description
Upon reaching the Portonovo dock, you will board a ferry that will transport you to the picturesque Ons Island, part of the Atlantic Islands Natural Park.
Once on Ons, you have the freedom to tailor your day as you wish. Should you prefer a leisurely experience, you may relax in the clear waters of the inviting beaches. For those seeking a bit more excitement, various trekking paths across the island provide a great opportunity to explore the landscape (not included).
An alternative activity is to wander through the charming streets of the island, reminiscent of a traditional Galician seaside village. As you stroll, you will pass by quaint homes, visit local shops, and engage with the residents of this exceptional enclave.
No visit to Ons Island is complete without indulging in its exquisite and authentic cuisine. A traditional octopus dish (not included) is the perfect way to enrich your experience before returning to Portonovo by ferry.
Important: Authorization to visit Ons Island
As a protected area, Ons Island has a daily limit on visitor numbers, and it is essential to secure authorization from the Xunta de Galicia for access. Our service provider will facilitate this process on your behalf, so it is crucial to supply all necessary and accurate information during the booking to ensure your access to the island.
Once your authorization is approved, it will be sent to you via email. It's mandatory to present this authorization along with your voucher, either printed or on your mobile device.
In the event that a participant cannot attend the activity, it is required to notify us at least 15 days in advance and provide the name and last name of the individual who will not be attending so that the Xunta de Galicia can remove them from the list.
