Details of the Abseiling Activity

Your journey begins with a convenient pick-up from your chosen accommodation in the town of El Cibao, leading you to the renowned Hongo Mágico waterfall, where you'll engage in an exciting abseiling adventure.

Upon arrival, our team will provide a concise 10-minute briefing on safety protocols and the equipment used in the descent. After gearing up with carabiners attached to our ropes, you'll begin the thrilling descent down the waterfall, a truly memorable experience awaits!

Once you’ve completed your exhilarating glide down this unique formation, we’ll explore nearby smaller waterfalls in the area that will further challenge your abilities. Around noon, we’ll pause for a snack, sampling some flavorful local cheese alongside a Dominican rodao.

Following this, you’ll have the chance to make one final descent of Hongo Mágico before we head to a nearby community for a hearty lunch featuring beans, rice, chicken, and fresh salad. A delightful feast to recharge!

Your adventure concludes as we return you to the original meeting point, with the entire experience lasting approximately 5 to 10 hours.
