Mountaineering Experience in Pyhä-Luosto National Park

Our journey begins at 9 am at the Pyhätunturi Hotel, from where we will embark on a hike into the enchanting Pyhä-Luosto National Park, showcasing a breathtaking snowy landscape in the heart of Lapland.

Upon arrival, the guide will provide an informative introduction and assist participants in donning the essential equipment. Following this, a trial session will be conducted to ensure you are familiar with the fundamental techniques before we set off on our mountaineering quest.

Equipped with crampons and the skills to wield an ice axe, we will begin our ascent. Navigating through challenging terrains, we will utilize ropes, mimicking the techniques of genuine arctic climbers!

As we scale the heights, your guide will offer support and demonstrate the safest practices to employ during our climb. They will share insights into the methods used by explorers to face extreme conditions on authentic expeditions. Upon reaching the summit, be prepared to be mesmerized by the breathtaking vistas of the Lapland landscape.

To conclude, a half-hour break will be provided for you to enjoy a snack before we return to our starting point, where the adventure culminates at 5 pm.
