Hang Gliding in Rio de Janeiro

Your adventure begins at Mendes de Morais Avenue, where we will gather before boarding a minibus that takes us to the launch site. Once there, our expert instructors will equip you with all the essential gear and provide a comprehensive briefing on the hang gliding process. Then, the moment arrives to dash down the hill alongside your instructor and take to the skies!

As you glide through the air, experience mesmerizing views of lush jungles, pristine beaches, and the city's prominent landmarks. Revel in the exhilarating freedom of flight, capturing sights of the Christ the Redeemer? statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana, Ipanema, and the striking natural beauty surrounding Rio de Janeiro itself!

Your flight will conclude with a smooth landing at São Conrado beach, following a thrilling 6-10 minute flight.

Hang Gliding & Trekking

For those seeking a mix of terrestrial and aerial adventure, consider this alternative package that includes the hang gliding experience, GoPro photography and video, along with a guided trekking expedition through the Pedra Bonita trail, nestled within Tijuca National Park!

This comprehensive experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours, though please note that transfers are not included, and the journey commences from Mendes de Morais Avenue.

Tour with pickup

If you've opted for hotel pickup, the local provider will contact you to confirm the exact time you'll be picked up. We remind you that only accommodations in the southern area of Rio de Janeiro are included.

Important

Please remember that you'll have to pay fees of 150BRL per person.
Adults and minors between 14 and 17 years of age must present their passports or IDs at the beginning of the activity.
If you've selected the options that include photos and videos, you'll need to bring a USB flash drive to take your photos and videos with you.
Depending on the weather conditions and the mobility, weight, and height of the client, the instructor may decide which tour option you'll do for safety reasons.
The tour may be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, the provider will offer free cancellation or rescheduling. Additionally, in case the activity cannot be done, we'll contact you to propose alternative dates.
