We will convene at the entrance of the Huerto de la Condesa winery at the appointed time, preparing to delve into the captivating history of Ronda's winemaking tradition!

Our journey begins inside a winery rich in heritage, renowned for astonishing its guests. This establishment is situated on the grounds of the former Heredad de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores estate and derives its name from the noteworthy Countess of Guadalevín, a key figure in Ronda's bourgeois society.

As we navigate through the winery, you will discover intriguing insights about the winemaking techniques utilized in the Guadalcobacín River Valley. You will understand how specific soil types and climatic conditions influence grape growth, contributing to the unique character of Ronda’s wines.

Depending on your chosen option, visitors may engage in either a virtual tour or a guided stroll through the beautiful Huerto de la Condesa vineyards. Tour Selections

During the reservation procedure, you can select from the following tour options:

Tasting of 4 Wines with Aperitif (1.5 hours)

After the virtual exploration of the vineyards and the winery, we will sample four distinct wines: Huerto de la Condesa Red 22, Huerto de la Condesa White 23, Los Cipreses 21, and El Pinsapo 21. This tasting will be complemented by an aperitif featuring Iberian sausages from the Serranía de Ronda paired with homemade bread.

Tasting of 5 Wines with Appetizer (2 hours)

The ultimate experience awaits! We begin by visiting the Huerto de la Condesa vineyards, located just 15 minutes from the winery. During this segment of the tour, we will provide insights into agricultural methods and the various processes involved in cultivation. Following the vineyard excursion, we will return to the winery for a comprehensive visit.

After the tour, a tasting of 5 wines will commence, including options like: Huerto de la Condesa Tinto 22, Huerto de la Condesa Blanco 23, Los Cipreses Rosado 23, Los Cipreses Tinto 21, and either La Palmera 21 or El Pinsapo 21. This tasting session will be accompanied by a selection of Iberian cured meats from the Serranía de Ronda and artisan bread.
