Description

The expedition kicks off promptly at La Manchuria farm, situated a mere 8 kilometers (5 miles) from Salgar's town center. To fuel our journey, we'll start with a delightful breakfast featuring coffee, juice, and fresh fruit.

Post-breakfast, we will embark on a three-hour ascent through the hacienda's coffee reserve. As we traverse the coffee hills of Salgar, you'll have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking vistas of the Antioquian Andes while learning about the region's diverse flora and fauna. The stunning panoramas will leave a lasting impression.

This trek guides us through historic coffee farms, woodlands, and towering mountains, allowing you to inhale the pure mountain air and forge a deep bond with the natural beauty of Colombia, while uncovering the intriguing history of coffee in this area.

Upon reaching one of the area’s spectacular peaks, we'll settle down for an outdoor picnic. The meal features a wide range of appetizers, main courses, desserts, and refreshing beverages. This ninety-minute interlude invites you to soak in the awe-inspiring surroundings.

Following our break, we will continue our journey, retracing our route back to La Manchuria farm. This six-hour experience culminates at our original meeting point.
