If you have a couple of days available in San José, consider taking a surfing lesson in Jacó. This exciting class allows you to master wave riding in the stunning Gulf of Nicoya, welcoming participants of all skill levels.

Surfing Experience in Jacó

Your day begins at 8 am with a pickup from your accommodation in San José, followed by a scenic journey to Jacó, located on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Get ready to embrace the surf.

No need to feel apprehensive if you're new to surfing; previous experience is not required for this session. Whether you’re just starting out or are an experienced surfer aiming to refine your skills, you are set for an enjoyable time in the ocean.

Upon arrival at the beach in Jacó, we'll start with a refreshing drink before diving into a short theoretical overview of surfing. We’ll spend some time on the sand practicing fundamental techniques on the board to help you develop your balance.

As your confidence grows, we’ll transition to the water, where you can put into action the techniques taught by your instructor while riding the waves of the Gulf of Nicoya.

Feeling hungry? We'll pause for lunch so you can recharge at your own pace before returning to San José. Feel free to bring your own meal or snacks to keep your stamina up after a day filled with activity.

After the surf session, we’ll transport you back to your hotel in San José, with arrival expected around 4 pm.
