Join us on a vineyard exploration in San Rafael and experience the delightful wines of Mendoza. This excursion features visits to the esteemed Funkenhausen and Bianchi wineries.

Tour Highlights

Your journey will commence with a pickup from your San Rafael hotel at a prearranged time, transporting you to the expansive vineyards that define Mendoza province.

The initial destination will be Funkenhausen Winery, a well-regarded venue known for its international flair. During our visit, you will delve into the history of the winery and partake in an insightful wine tasting session guided by knowledgeable sommeliers.

Our next stop is Bianchi Winery, managed by an Italian family. Here, we will tour the vineyards and interact with the farmers, who will showcase their essential tools of the trade. If your visit occurs in March or April, you will have the opportunity to engage in harvest activities while donning the provided farming attire. Once you’ve experienced the grape-picking process, we will enjoy a selection of the winery’s wines.

Concluding our day, we will visit a charming country house for a delightful experience of local Mendoza cuisine, featuring a traditional lunch that includes a starter, main dish, dessert, and a choice between soda or a glass of regional wine. This picturesque setting offers beautiful views of the San Rafael vineyards.

After the meal, we will return to your hotel in San Rafael, completing the tour within 6 to 6.5 hours.
