Surf Class in Palomino

Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in Santa Marta. We will then travel eastward to one of the top locations for surfing lessons in the Colombian Caribbean.

After a scenic drive of approximately 1.5 hours, we will arrive at the stunning Palomino Beaches to commence our thrilling surfing course. To familiarize ourselves before hitting the waves, we will practice on the shore, mastering the essential movements and attempting the simplest techniques to establish balance on the surfboard.

Once we’re ready, we’ll transition from theory to practice as we plunge into the invigorating waves of the Colombian Caribbean. As you gain confidence on your board, you’ll find yourself riding the Palomino waves—an exhilarating experience that awaits!

After immersing yourself in the fundamentals of surfing, we’ll take a break at a local eatery for a traditional lunch. This meal will include a refreshing seasonal salad to start, followed by your choice of beef, chicken, or fish fillet, accompanied by coconut rice and patacón. It’s the ideal way to recharge for your surfing adventure!

Upon finishing our lunch, we will prepare to return to the waves as we continue our course. In this second portion of the lesson, we will delve into more advanced techniques, ensuring that by the end of the day, you will navigate the waves with confidence!

We will conclude our session and make our way back to Santa Marta, where you will be dropped off at your hotel approximately 9 hours later.
