Ticket Options Available

Upon reserving your access, you have the choice of three ticket types. Here’s a breakdown of what each option includes:

Greenhouse Ticket

This ticket grants you entry to two major attractions in the botanical gardens: the breathtaking Cloud Forest, featuring the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, and the Flower Dome, which is the largest glass greenhouse available.

You’ll also have the opportunity to experience the Jurassic World: The Experience exhibit, showcasing 13 zones filled with lifelike animatronic dinosaurs, including the towering Brachiosaurus, an up-close encounter with a T-Rex, and a nursery for young dinosaurs.

Greenhouse + Supertree Observatory

Jurassic World: The Experience exhibit in the greenhouses, and access to the Cloud Forest as well as the Flower Dome.

This option includes a visit to the iconic Supertree Observatory. From the heights of one of the Supertrees, you will take in stunning panoramic views of the botanical gardens and the Singaporean bay.

If you select the Greenhouse + Supertree Observatory, please remember that your visit must occur on the same day as your reservation, between 9 am and 4 pm.

Greenhouse + Floral Fantasy

This ticket represents an ideal choice for those desiring a more immersive botanical adventure. This combined entry provides access to both primary greenhouses, the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest (including the Jurassic World: The Experience exhibit), plus an opportunity to explore Floral Fantasy.

Floral Fantasy presents a whimsical fusion of flora, technology, and artistry, transporting visitors into a realm of vivid colors and enchanting fragrances. You can visit this attraction any time during your ticket's validity period.

Additional Information

It is essential to note that visits to the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome must occur on the same day. Re-entry to these sites is not permitted once you exit, and bringing food and beverages into these areas is prohibited.

Temporary Closures

The Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest undergo maintenance once a month, with closures alternating so that at least one remains accessible.

The greenhouses and Floral Fantasy also have scheduled monthly maintenance closures. We suggest checking the official website for specific closure dates prior to your visit.

The gardens are open from 9 am to 8 pm, except on days designated for maintenance closures.

A few hours after booking, you'll receive your voucher from the local provider Be My Guest in PDF format. If you do not receive this within 72 hours, we recommend writing us through our contact form. On the day of the activity, you must present your printed voucher.

You'll need to present your voucher at the Gardens by the Bay ticket office, located at 18 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore, 018953.

If you choose the option of the Greenhouse + Supertree Observatory, please note that you'll need to visit it on the same day of your booking between 9 am and 4 pm.
Some areas of the gardens will be temporarily closed for maintenance, but this never affects the entirety of the gardens.
The gardens are open from 9 am to 8 pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change.
If you've selected the ticket option with an audio guide, please note that it is only available in English and Chinese.
