Activity Overview

The experience commences at 7:30 pm with a pick-up from your accommodation in Sucre, leading us to the Espacio Cultural Orígenes. Upon arrival, a captivating night awaits us, where we will be seated at our designated tables to witness the vibrant folkloric display.

The performance kicks off at 8 pm and lasts approximately 2 hours. As you enjoy the show, immerse yourself in the enchanting traditional dances that represent various regions of Bolivia. We will witness the morenada, a dance with roots in the colonial period, and appreciate the striking costumes worn by the participants.

The richness of Bolivian folklore stems from the blend of indigenous, pre-Hispanic, and European cultures, contributing to its status as one of the most diverse in the realm of intangible heritage. Notably, Bolivia is proud to have the highest number of dances recognized by UNESCO.

Following the performance, around 10 pm, we will return you to your hotel in Sucre.

To enhance your experience, you have the option to indulge in a traditional dinner featuring Andean cuisine, such as pique or karapecho. This meal includes a starter of your choice—beef, chicken, or vegetarian—accompanied by a side dish, dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Concluding the night, we will escort you back to your hotel in Sucre, arriving at around 10:30 pm.
