Tacna Culinary Tour

Our journey begins when we collect you from your hotel in Tacna. From there, we will embark on a discovery of the city’s vibrant food scene.

First, we will visit a local market, where you'll gain insights into the key ingredients that highlight traditional dishes such as ceviche and causa limeña.

Throughout this portion of the tour, we will focus on selecting the finest quality ingredients before heading to a restaurant to uncover the rich history and customs of Peruvian cuisine.

Following this, two selected restaurants will showcase their culinary techniques. After observing a demonstration, you will have the opportunity to savor the chefs' creations. As our two-hour culinary adventure concludes, we will return you to your hotel.

Cooking Class Option (4 hours)

If you seek an even more interactive experience, this option is designed for you. After picking you up from your hotel, we’ll start at a local market to select the finest ingredients necessary for crafting a delicious dish at a restaurant. Get ready to cook!

You will be guided by a professional chef as you learn to prepare a traditional dish from Tacna, such as ceviche, causa, aji de gallina, or lomo saltado. Once your culinary creations are complete, we will gather to taste what you've prepared. Excitingly, the most outstanding dish will be awarded a prize!
