Day Trip to Huánuco Spas

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Tingo María at the scheduled time, setting the stage for a day filled with the picturesque wonders of the Huánuco region.

Our first destination is Las Alcantarillas, a scenic spa where we will embark on a 15-minute walk through lush coffee, cocoa, and banana plantations, leading us to the stunning Santa Carmen waterfall. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to cool off with a swim in its crystal-clear pools. Don’t forget your swimsuit!

After relishing this idyllic location, we will proceed to the Cueva de las Pavas spa, a remarkable gorge shaped by the river's flow. During this visit, we will share the fascinating connection between the manacaraco bird, also known as pava, and this natural wonder. You’ll also have leisure time to wander the area and take another refreshing swim in the natural pools.

After a delightful three hours of relaxation and exploration, we will return you to Tingo María, concluding your day with a drop-off at your hotel.
