Surf Lesson in Torres Vedras
Your adventure begins at a chosen time on Praia Azul, where we will provide you with all the essential gear for surfing.
The session will commence with some guidelines and a chance to practice fundamental movements on land. Once you feel confident with your balance, it’ll be time to venture out into the ocean and catch some waves!
We will start with gentle waves, and as you gain confidence surfing near the shore, we’ll journey further out where you can experience waves of varying heights!
At the conclusion of the lesson, we will return to the initial meeting spot to hand back the equipment.

Informações importantes
We'll meet at the time you book at the surf school: Atlantic Coast Surf School on Praia Azul, Rua Varandinha. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
The minimum age for this activity is 6 years old, and children between 6 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
