Our adventure kicks off at 9 am at a location of your choice in Trieste. Throughout the day, we'll explore three remarkable spots in Istria, renowned for their rich wine culture and culinary heritage.

The first destination is Hum, celebrated for its unique Biska. Notably, this charming village, with a mere 20 residents, holds the title of the smallest village globally. As we navigate through its picturesque streets, you'll sample authentic local delicacies while taking in the stunning mountainous backdrop before continuing to Motovun, our next highlight.

Upon reaching this iconic medieval town, we'll admire the imposing city walls and delve into its architectural history, which includes the 17th-century Church of St. Stephen. Next, we’ll indulge in one of the region's most sought-after specialties... Can you guess what it is? Yes, it’s the truffle! This exquisite underground fungus forms the basis of many delectable Istrian dishes, and you’re bound to enjoy it!

Subsequently, we'll depart from Motovun and make our way to Grožnjan, located on enchanting white soil that’s known for producing excellent wines and olive oils. Besides a range of eateries serving local fare, this village is recognized as a hub for art and music, attracting numerous artists drawn by its breathtaking scenery.

The journey concludes with a return to your chosen departure point in Trieste.
