Exploring the Sounds of Valparaíso

Our adventure begins at Plaza Sotomayor at the designated time, marking the start of an engaging music experience in Valparaíso, recognized by UNESCO as a Creative City of Music.

The first leg of our exploration will take us to Cordillera Hill, celebrated as the cradle of great poets and musicians. Here, a local artist will join us, imparting knowledge about the vibrant musical legacy of this Chilean coastal port.

Predominant styles on this tour will include cueca chora and bolero, leading us toward the Port district. Surrounded by memorable architecture, our guide will treat us to a selection of popular port songs. To enhance our enjoyment, we will savor a glass of wine or beer together.

Continuing the celebration, we will visit Liberty, the legendary oldest bar in Valparaíso. Established in 1897 and still a vibrant hub today, it remains a popular venue for artists and locals.

Our musical 4-hour adventure will draw to a close as we make our way back to the original meeting point.
