Your adventure begins early in the morning when you will meet your guide at the Kashi Café in Varanasi. From there, you will proceed to the riverside ghats, which are tiered embankments leading down to the water, where sacred purification rituals are regularly conducted.

As you take in the magnificent sunrise over the Ganges, prepare to witness one of the most significant ceremonies in Hinduism: the Aarti ritual. This ceremony honors the river, revered as the Goddess Ganga, recognized as one of the holiest rivers in Hindu beliefs.

The Ganga Aarti is conducted by seven Hindu priests, who ignite lamps and incense while chanting sacred hymns during the ceremony. It’s a profound encounter with the traditions of this ancient faith!

Following the Aarti, you will board a boat for an approximately one-hour exploration of the Ganges River. As you drift along, the initial rays of sunlight will begin to unveil the beauty of the city.
