This sightseeing bus service features two routes comprising 20 stops throughout Vienna. As you travel on the open-air double-decker bus, you will have the chance to visit significant landmarks in one of Europe's premier cities. While journeying, you can listen to pre-recorded commentary in English, detailing the history and attractions of the city. Depending on your ticket selection, you may also include an additional route or a walking tour complemented by an audio guide.

Notable stops of interest during the tour include the Opera House, Stadtpark (City Park), Mariahilferstrasse, Schönbrunn Palace, and the Hofburg and Belvedere Museums.

Operational Details

Your ticket remains valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours from the moment of its first use. During this period, you can get on and off the bus as frequently as you wish. Although a start date is required at the time of booking, the service can be utilized anytime within two weeks of that date. Post-reservation, you will receive a voucher to present upon boarding your first bus.

Ticket Variants

24-Hour Ticket

This option grants unlimited access to the primary two routes for a duration of 24 hours.

Red Line: Services operate from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, with departures every 20 to 30 minutes. The complete circuit lasts 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Blue Line: Services run from 9:45 am to 4:45 pm, also every 20 to 30 minutes. The total loop takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.

48-Hour Ticket

This ticket includes unimpeded access to the two primary routes for 48 hours, along with a walking tour featuring an audio guide that commences at 6 pm.

Notice on Itinerary Changes

Kindly be aware that the following stops are temporarily closed:

Red Line: Stop 11 (Danube Tower), Stop 12 (Old Danube), and Stop 15 (Hundertwasser House).
Blue Line: Stops 2 and 3 (Museum stops).

Although when making the reservation, you'll be asked to choose a day, you can use the service for two weeks following the start date.
