Your adventure begins at 7 am, with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Villavicencio. You will board a 4x4 vehicle, setting off towards the charming town of Mesetas. Prepare to uncover the marvels of Charco Azul!

After a scenic three-hour journey, we will reach our destination. Before embarking on our hike, we will enjoy a tasty breakfast to energize us for the day ahead. We’ll then hop back into the jeep and proceed to the vicinity of Charco Azul.

Upon arrival, we’ll take a guided trek to a secluded beach encircled by jungle, home to a stunning waterfall. This location has gained fame as one of the area's top attractions, cherished for its incredible beauty and peaceful environment—making it an ideal spot to reconnect with nature.

You will have time to swim in the inviting waters of Charco Azul, unwind on the sandy shore, and capture unforgettable photos. As we work up an appetite, we'll pause for a satisfying lunch featuring meat and vegetables.

Following our meal, we will resume our trek towards the Historical Memory Camp. This site once served as a base for one of the local guerrilla groups. Here, you’ll gain insight into the history of the region and learn about the lives of ex-combatants from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) during the conflict period.

Our excursion wraps up with your return to the hotel in Villavicencio by 5 pm.
