Step aboard your whale watching vessel and depart from Akureyri, sailing across the scenic waters of Eyjafjörður, one of Iceland's longest fjords. As you glide past stunning landscapes, you can take in the surroundings either from the cozy interior cafeteria or from the outdoor deck.
As you venture further from shore, you'll begin to spot the whales gracefully swimming. The experience is truly awe-inspiring! You'll be able to observe them closely, and your knowledgeable English-speaking guide will be available to address any inquiries regarding these fascinating mammals.
Upon concluding your 2 to 4-hour whale watching experience, you'll return to Akureyri, where you'll be escorted back to the initial meeting point.

On occasions when sightings are challenging near Akureyri, the high-speed boat utilized for this tour will take you towards Hrísey Island, situated 35 kilometers from the departure point. The waters around Hrísey are known to harbor a substantial population of whales.
