At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your chosen meeting point and transport you to the restaurant Torquês located in Nova Petrópolis. Here, you will have the opportunity to savor the diverse tastes of this southern Brazilian region, with a heritage heavily influenced by German immigrants.

Following a scenic 1-hour drive, you will discover an elaborate buffet featuring an array of authentic German specialties. Delight in dishes such as eisbein (crispy pork knuckle), kassler (smoked and cured pork loin), bockwurst (a type of sausage), and the classic sauerkraut. Each meal is crafted from traditional recipes, ensuring an authentic taste experience. It promises to be a feast for your senses!

Your dinner experience will also include a colonial-style coffee, complemented by a selection of sweet treats. Notable offerings include the renowned German cake and apfelstrudel (apple strudel), iconic dishes that reflect the culinary journey of the immigrants and their integration into the local culture.
