Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your Gramado hotel at the appointed time. From there, we will set off towards Canela, where a delicious fondue and the mesmerizing Cathedral of Stone await. Are you ready for this culinary journey? Let's proceed!

Our first stop will be the Cathedral of Stone, where you will enjoy the captivating illumination of the temple's façade. The play of lights accentuates the intricate designs of the pointed arches and the majestic tower. You will have 15 minutes of leisure time to explore the area, immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife of Canela, and capture stunning photographs.

As a perfect climax to your evening, we will visit the selected restaurant, renowned for its exceptional culinary delights. Are your taste buds ready for this exquisite experience?

Upon our arrival, you will be greeted by a cozy and elegant atmosphere, perfect for indulging in the Swiss-style fondue with a Brazilian flair. We will begin with the traditional Gruyère and Cobo cheese fondue, accompanied by an assortment of bread, sweet potatoes, guava paste (goiabada), carrots, broccoli, fried polenta, and Calabrian chorizo.

Next, we will delight in the meat fondue, which features beef round, chicken, pork tenderloin, and Calabrian chorizo, served alongside 14 diverse sauces. To complete the meal, we’ll indulge in a milk chocolate fondue, perfect for dipping seasonal fruits and marshmallows.

After savoring this feast for 1.5 hours, we will embark on our journey back to Gramado. We will conclude the evening with farewells at your hotel, wrapping up a total experience lasting approximately 5 hours.
