Upon arrival at the entrance to the Quintón vineyards and olive groves, guests will enter a remarkable estate where the art of winemaking and olive oil extraction coexist harmoniously in a picturesque rural environment.

Following a concise introduction, the journey commences with a video presentation designed to illuminate the intricate processes of olive oil and wine production, setting the stage for the upcoming vineyard tour.

Participants will then meander through the olive groves and vineyards, discovering their integration within an ecosystem where local wildlife and plant life play essential roles.

As we stroll alongside a serene lagoon, perfect for birdwatching, we will delve into the specific agricultural traits involved in cultivating olives and grapes. There will be discussions on how factors such as soil type, humidity levels, and the layout of the land can significantly impact the quality of the olives and grapes.

The exploration will advance to the olive mill, showcasing state-of-the-art technology. Here, we will detail each phase of olive oil production, tracing the journey from the moment the fruit arrives to its extraction.

Following this, we will tour the gravity-flow winery, which spans three subterranean levels, utilizing gravity for the gentle transport of wine. This innovative approach not only enhances the handling of the grapes and must but is also a rarity in the area!

Finally, guests will participate in a tasting session featuring olive oils and three unique wines from Quintón, paired with an assortment of cheeses, cured meats, breads, olives, and nuts.
