• From the airport to Siem Reap: Upon your arrival at Angkor International Airport, proceed to the terminal's exit where your driver will be holding a sign with your name. If the driver is not immediately visible, please check the SIM card booths—your driver will move to that location if you're not at the terminal exit. To account for immigration and baggage retrieval, we advise scheduling your airport pickup for at least 30 minutes after your flight's expected arrival time.
• From your hotel to the airport: For transfers from Siem Reap to the airport, we will collect you directly from your hotel entrance at the time mentioned in your reservation. It is essential to arrange the service a minimum of 3 hours in advance, and to be present at the hotel reception 40 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup.
